Heard BAN's Mort. It's crazy and weird as hell but at the same time awesome. It's not even metal. Their odd and very expressive manner of chord bending makes impression like guitars maon in strange alien tongue. Definitely this album is a must.

Someone was quite smart to rip and spread DHG's "Supervillain Outcast" whole album's demo recording without vocals Well it sounds...not bad but that's only a sketch. And "Vendetta Assassin" with vocals is very tight. Coming up Megaptera's "You Will Never Survive This Nightmare" live double CD.

Recently got hold of Autumn Aurora by Drudkh and I must say that it's a damn good listen. Nice and atmospheric and drony without seeming boring and monotonous. Also had a fair bit of Anaal Nathrakh spinning (still need to get the new album...any good does anyone know?!). And got Blut Aus Nord's MORT arriving in the post soon...very looking forward to this particularly after reading comments and reviews.

Negura Bunget - Om. GODDAMN!! This is the most amazing music I've heard this year I think as well as Lustmord's 'The Place where the Black Stars Hang'. OM is just drenched in atmosphere and feeling, it's fantastic!

Take Lustmord's "Stalker" if you haven't. Believe me it's magnificence will enrapture immensely. One of the deepest and most desolated ambients ever I think...

That is the collaboration with Robert Rich, isn't it? I have it, it is very good but I prefer '...Black Stars... Now got 'Zoetrope' too. Another good'un. The Caul 3-CD pack is getting frequent time on the sterio too. The Meads of Asphodel's X-mas jingle (Terrorizer CD) is being enjoyed also.

Having never heard them before, I bid on Frost's 'Cursed Again' album on Ebay as it was rather cheap and I knew that Mick Kenney from Anaal Nathrakh was in them...it arrived today and I must say it's a rather good listen. Nothing ground-breaking or genre-busting, but still very good nonetheless.

Negura Bunget's "Om" is quite impressive though I must say I view their earlier works a bit critically. Some of you who really like Negura Bunget I can recommend another band who are similar to NB with their musical and aesthetical approach. Urkskumug. Here it is: www.myspace.com/tribalblackmetal This year they put quite interesting album....

Also just ordered a 2 album CD set of Abigor (Nachthymnen/Orkblut) and been tempted by the good reviews and general buzz about Negura Bunget...but not OM, of the few tracks I have heard the last album sounded like a fair bet.

Finally! I've got hold of an original (I think) copy of Maeror Tri- Emotional Engramm which is filling me with unjoy. I think I slightly prefer 'Myein' and 'The Beauty of Sadness' but it's still ace. Troum's 'Tjukurrpa (Part Three: Rhythms and Pulsations)' is absolutely magnificent as well particularly track 1- Ignis Sacer.
