Seriously, I thought the character below everyone's favourite guitarist/producer of Black-ambient anomalies looked a bit like the 4-legged mannequin wrong-things in SH2. I will hang my head in shame.

You can actualy check tuning of EP by yourself. It's on C#  As for clarity I see your point given the fact how entangling Axis entity become. *somehow I managed fu** up my post, sorry* |

hmm, maybe my memory's playing tricks on me but I'm sure we were in D on "Physical". Oh well. As for the gradual tuning up, it was just for the sake of clarity. Before Axis started, me and Brooke played death metal so I guess the downtuning was a habit that we gradually weaned ourselves off. On "Urfe" we have my six-string in D and Brooke's seven-string (now sold, of course) with the low A for some extra heaviness as and when doooooooooom was necessary.

Yep that's me. But I'm asking because in Recording updates of Doom topic attached pictures I noticed that Brook holds another one so my guess is that he has or had few guitars. Just out of curiosity.

He does have a few guitars, yeah. I thought it was that seven string he used but I might've been wrong, or he might've used more than one. I forget, it's already been 18 months since the "Urfe" guitars were recorded....

What sort of processor you did use on EP and Transition Hospital? I like it's sound of distortion.
