Just wanted to share my excitement. Guitar Rig 2 rules really! Sound is improved alot but I realize that no way I shall avoid one fact. I must record at least four guitars. Two for every main guitar. Damn I was afraid of that....

glad to hear that you are getting on with GR2! the need for that many tracks is strange the latest axis and minethorn albums we only used 1 track of guitar for each side and then one each for any leads or overdubs. I WILL get round to posting up them recording things we promised i should finaly have some spare time in the next month or so!

I'm still process of experimentation. Yes both guitars on both channels. I want arppegiated chords to be heard very clearly so I guess it is inevetable to duplicate those parts. GR2 allows to make them more transparent. I'm eager to check your sound banks. I believe I might learn something important

Thanks. Yes of course. The "Surreal Asylum" has both of them. I didn't put GR2 on newest one because I thought raw and sharp Thornsque guitar tone would make it sound more alien.

The first album is near finished. And it turned out to be a splitted one. But the more suprising thing it is dark ambient/experimental music based thing. I won't reveal to much of my material right now instead I want to introduce to you my collaborator. Seagull Overseas. And hey, how about those sound banks You can use this Rapidshare. It is very easy.

Little updates. Lots of dark ambient and other "things". My damn split is delayed for two damn months and still I don't know when it will be out

A split release which was done a year ago. Dark ambient/noise/industrial mainly. You can download and enjoy or unjoy it.

well my crappy net finally allowed me to download this and im having a listen now, was there a cd release of this at all? Edit: thats a really nice split, i like how the two parts work well together to give the feeling of a journey from normallity to a darker place. My only critisim (sorry!) is that some of the tracks where a bit dry and could have used a little more reverb overll to blend the seperate parts together better, also , especially in the Haeiresis tracks, when there was a break between tracks it had the effect of pulling me out of the music so it may be worth thinking about having them blend together if not already done so on the cd. other than that an excellent piece of work!
