Thanks to the monolithic of power of pestering I have finaly forced...er...persuaded Ein of Halo of the Sun/Kult of Eihort to produce himself a Myspace page. He intends to post a new Halo sample up as well as the entire Kult of Eihort demo 'The rust goes on forever' I seem to remember a few people wanting that and now you will be able to get it for free, if you download it make sure to spread it about as much as possible. www.myspace.com/haloofthesunuk

Damn, I didn't realise those two were at each other's throats, different musical directions notwithstanding. From what I've seen it looks like Kommando has been stirring it up between them, though god knows they can both be hard enough to get along with at the best of times...

It's a shame when that happens but its nothing to do with me and I know nothing about these guys anyway. I am absolutely looking forward to the KoE and HotS releases though!

Incidentally, the other half of KoE, Hiraedd (aka Alasthor, the keyboardist), has an mp3 of his solo band Undying up here: www.purevolume.com/undyingukI produced it in late '04, it's not bad if you like that sorta thing (woodsy, trad BM)...

Oh, a bit late but finally I got to listen that full KoE demo today. Rusty and very wrong creature. Something more than black metal. Sounds of absolute void. Injecting sense of inevitable oblivion. Just as Halo of the Sun... Ein must be really nice guy
