I've listened to 'Deleted Scenes...' an awful lot over the last year or so and the one track I've come to appreciate more and more with time is this one. To me, the tracks before (which comprise most of the nightmare) serve as an horror of which you almost get used to by 'This, then is Paradise' and then this track comes in with a change of atmosphere. I get an impression of even more fear and dread with it, as if it's just time to give up and accept the grim (un)reality.
Am I looking just a bit too much into this or do I have a point? Someone, please help me!

I believe you have a point here in some way. Judging from listener's position I notice similar thing. Funny it may look but something like appearing in cleanest chamber of all you have passed through...something like a lounge for moment to get ready to enter the final room to witness horrendous culmination. That is experience I get.

Hmm...good point. The calm before the rather horrendous storm. It totally comes at the right time anyway.
