We would just like to extend our sincere appreciation to all those who came to see us on Thursday and gave us their support, that extends equally to those unable to make it and have just enjoyed our music. It was great to meet you all and if we gave anyone the cold shoulder it was unintentional; chatting to the people that enjoy our work is one of the main highlights for us. We were just disappointed that months of hard work evaporated in an instant due to factors out of our hands but seeing you lot at the front and in the crowd in our shirts still giving it up for the Axis made up for that.

We are not going to point fingers and starting blaming all and sundry but shit happens and isn't that what this band is about any way

The merch sales were excellent, so thank you all who managed to purchase a shirt, that print run is nearly gone now and the money made will go towards getting a bigger batch of shirts with new designs.

If anything the experience was educational and lessons have been learned, so next time we play live things will go differently ...yeah, you heard me.

As a thank you of sorts we will be posting some stuff from the audio vaults on line in the next few days so keep an eye out for that.

Our fingers remain mostly clean...for now.

To gain even the merest glimpse of the Axis in all its glory was worth it entirely. To experience the full untethered force next time round will be the height of displeasure, keep us posted for when you're down here again!

Despite peering over Brooke's shoulder while he wrote that, I've got to reinforce it: meeting the people who exchange their hard-earned monies for our audiobrainworms was really something. The performance was hideous (in the bad way) but the evening on the whole was fantastic, especially chatting to folks at the merch stand and shaking people's hands at the end of the set. Why they were still there and not egging us I'm not entirely sure, but it was much appreciated.

I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to meet Brooke as I didn't see him after the gig (I know he was there somewhere) but hey, next time, eh?

Plus, having had a few days to think back on the event and get over tinnitus (that was a LOUD gig for the Underworld!), I thought you guys rocked and I'm looking forward to the next one even more!
I salute you, sirs, for being the best band to emerge in the last 5 years.

Mr Webslave. I seem to have taken 22 graven images on celluloid at the treatment session of which over half should be of the administrators themselves.
I should have them developed in the New Year, would you be interested in a copy for display on the hospital noticeboard?

Thanks for the offer but things have a tendancy to go ...missing. It would be cool though if you could scan them and mail them to the bands email addy and I can get them put online, it would be greatly appreciated.
