I really liked "The Rust Goes On Forever" and I just saw on the Halo Of The Sun / Kult Of Eihort that there was an unreleased song called "'Beneath the Red Brick Cascade" that was available on the band's myspace page, but it's not there aymore.
Can anyone send it to me via yousendit or rapidshare?
I'm really curious to hear it!
Thanks in advance guys!

I thought i had this but I can't seem to find it now. I have a feeling that it might have not been available for download because he did change the options on the page so the demo tracks could only be played online.
I only listened to it a few times. I didn't think much of it. Rust Goes on Forever is great though.

Can't stop listening to the first song, "Black Wind Of The Ways". The last 3 minutes are so fucking weird and amazingly good... I travelled for 8 hours yesterday and kept listening to it over and over again. By any means, do any of you know songs/albums/bands with a similar atmosphere / weirdness? The closest thing I can think of is Darkspace (killer band!) and of course some parts on Halo Of The Sun's "Ghosts", which is just as great as The Kult Of Eihort. It's just that those 3 minutes are pure genius and I want more!

Well, I'm allowed to do self promotion given it's an Axis forum anyway, but there is that sweet bit in "Heaving Salvation In The Paradise Of Rust" where Ein guests with one of those meandering solos. We wanted one specifically after hearing the results of "Rust Goes On Forever"...

Hey Myklon_B, I didn't know it was Ein who did that Heaving Salvation... I didn't know The Kult Of Eihort when I discovered your EP, but listening to it right now, yeah, sounds like him. Just checked the digipack again and it's written there.
By the way, the end of that song (Heaving Salvation...) is just way too intense! You guys create the best dark atmospheres ever! Can't wait for your next album... I check here and on your mySpace page every week to see the developments.
Thanks for the info about Ein... I really need more of that kind of stuff...

I second that. "Black Winds of the Way" definitelly a highlight of that demo. And that particular part. Actually words fail to express what one expieriences while listens to that. Hope Ein will do something at least remotely similar in the future.

Their MySpace says that the "The Rust Goes On Forever" demo is available for download, but I can't see it anywhere. It's probably out of date. Does anyone know where I can get ahold of this? I'm getting mighty curious.

that is a little out of date Advisarius, it was up for a limited time to download in the crappy myspace format. Coincidentally it will be available in a better format soon, a more concrete announcement will follow shortly.
