I want that thing. Being a dark ambient freak I desire to possess it.

Interesting to see Profound Lore finally explore the world of Dark Ambient. Of course, the joy of hearing this material is not only here, but it seems to be slamming itself against the walls, clamoring to be released.

Looking at the spine of the CD I am forced to wonder exactly how many 'r's should be in the title?

Don't know if you've seen it or put it up on Myspace but there's a great review in Zero Tolerance Magazine (UK) this month:
'There aren't many albums that can genuinely take a listener on a journey in which he is separated from all consciousness, transported to a world where nothing exists, yet everything exists, where fear and paranoia become a reality, and where the mind is left free to wonder at its peril, in search of an escape despite of its will to remain in its currently influenced state. Perichroresis (sic) is one of the few albums that does all of the above through an array of mysterious and evocative soundscapes, using its dark, ambient force to engage the mind in a sonic experience rarely witnessed by humankind. Lie down; initiate the disc; and dream.' John Norby- 5/6
